What I learned in Health & P.E. What I learned in wellness was that steroids are with child(p) for you and all in all they do is add water to your muscle. So I come back steroids are worthless and they do nonhing only when get your body; also I learned that you should sour and freeze healthy cause if you dont you go away slack. overly you should hang let out with positive the great unwashed because if you hang out with negative people they can select you to do bad pig out. Also friends should bring on block in common with you because it gives you and your friends to a greater extent stuff to do. I also learned In health that whatever vitamins are cursey for you and some are non good for you. I also learned some innovative games in P.E. and what is the standard amount of push-ups a fourteen social mark old boy has to do and what should be the time a fourteen course old boy runs a mile.

I also learned some more stuff in health. What I learned was about body mass violence ( BMI ). That it is your height and your tilt to get I did not capture a good body mass index. But without delay I think I do cause I been running around my neighborhood. I like health and P.E. this class It was interesting and fun but I will not have to take it no more I trust so I can be in angle lifting next semester.
